Pittsburgh Zoning Practice

We currently only provide the services below for properties within the municipal boundaries of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Property outside the municipal boundary may have a “Pittsburgh, PA” mailing address and we do not provide service for those properties. Please verify that your property meets this criteria before requesting any of these services.

Zoning Analysis

Are you getting a project ready to submit to the City of Pittsburgh for permitting including zoning review? Our zoning analysis provides a detailed report of the proposed project that identifies the following:

  • potential challenges in the proposed plan from a zoning perspective

  • any missing information that may slow down the zoning review

  • areas of the application that may need additional clarification

We discuss the report with clients to help them identify ways to resolve any issues found, including potential alternative scenarios that may be more in compliance with zoning requirements.
